Hello and welcome to my website! I specializing in working with adult and adolescent women with eating disorders, depession, anxiety and trauma. I am in private practice and I also work at Ridgeview Institute as the Aftercare-Alumni Cordinator for the Women's Center.

I have been part of the Ridgeview Institute team for 10 years and have extensive clincal experience treating acute to mild eating disorders with women on an inpatient and outpatient level of care. I work with a diverse clientele of women ranging in ages, social-economic, ethnic and sexual orientation.

I use a combination of therapy approaches to individualize each person's unique needs.  We work together to identify treatment goals, heal from the past, unearth long-standing unhealthy behavior patterns, identify triggers or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
